1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

2. Eligibility

To use Selfcode Academy, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age or the minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction.

• Provide accurate registration information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users under the age of 18 should use the platform under parental or guardian supervision where required by law.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

4. Course Enrollment

Upon successful payment, students receive access to the purchased course according to the course access terms specified on the platform.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Purchased courses include lifetime access.

• Access remains subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

• Course content may be updated periodically by instructors or platform administrators.

• Course access is granted to the purchasing user only and may not be shared with others.

5. Payments and Pricing

Course prices are determined by instructors and may be subject to discounts, promotional offers, or platform campaigns.

Selfcode Academy reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing displays.

• Run promotional campaigns.

• Offer platform-wide discounts.

• Correct pricing errors when identified.

All payments must be completed through approved payment methods available on the platform.

6. Refund Policy

Students may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, subject to platform review.

Refund requests may be denied if:

• A significant portion of the course has been completed.

• Course materials have been excessively downloaded or accessed.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Platform policies have been violated.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, users must send an email to the official Selfcode Academy support email within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

The refund request email must include the following information:

• Full Name

• Registered Email Address

• Mobile Number

• Course Name

• Order ID / Transaction ID

• Reason for Refund Request

• Screenshot of Payment Details

• Bank Account Number or UPI ID for Processing the Refund

Incomplete refund requests may result in delays in processing.

Upon receiving the request, Selfcode Academy will review the refund eligibility in accordance with the Refund Policy. If approved, the refund will be processed within the applicable processing period.

Selfcode Academy reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents for verification purposes before processing any refund.

7. Assessments and Certifications

Certain courses may require successful completion of assessments before certificates are issued.

Selfcode Academy reserves the right to:

• Establish passing criteria.

• Modify assessment formats.

• Revoke certificates obtained through dishonest means.

Certificates represent successful completion of platform requirements and do not constitute academic degrees, government certifications, or employment guarantees.

8. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors must:

• Submit accurate personal and professional information.

• Own or possess necessary rights to all uploaded content.

• Maintain educational quality standards.

• Avoid misleading claims regarding employment, income, or outcomes.

All courses are subject to administrative review and approval before publication.

Selfcode Academy reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove courses that violate platform policies.

9. Revenue Sharing and Instructor Payouts

Approved instructors may earn revenue from course sales according to the applicable revenue-sharing model established by Selfcode Academy.

Instructor payouts:

• Are processed on a monthly basis.

• May be subject to taxes, deductions, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable legal requirements.

• May be delayed if account verification or compliance checks are pending.

Selfcode Academy reserves the right to modify payout procedures with reasonable notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, and proprietary systems remain the property of Selfcode Academy.

Students may not:

• Copy course content.

• Record lessons without permission.

• Redistribute materials.

• Sell platform content.

• Upload copyrighted materials without authorization.

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Community Guidelines

Users participating in discussions, messaging, communities, reviews, or comments must:

• Remain respectful.

• Avoid harassment, abuse, discrimination, or hate speech.

• Avoid spam, advertising, or misleading information.

• Avoid sharing illegal or harmful content.

Selfcode Academy may remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards.

12. Messaging and Communication

The platform may provide communication features between students, instructors, organizations, and administrators.

Users agree not to:

• Send unsolicited promotions.

• Harass other users.

• Share harmful, fraudulent, or inappropriate content.

Platform communications may be monitored for safety, compliance, and quality purposes.

13. Internship Opportunities

Selfcode Academy may facilitate internship listings and opportunities provided by organizations.

Selfcode Academy does not guarantee:

• Selection for internships.

• Internship completion.

• Employment opportunities.

• Future job placements.

Users are encouraged to independently verify internship details before participation.

14. Platform Availability

While Selfcode Academy strives to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous platform availability.

• Error-free operation.

• Compatibility with all devices and browsers.

Maintenance, upgrades, and technical interruptions may occur periodically.

15. Account Suspension and Termination
